• If a minor is found to have created or used an account, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on AG77. Any breach of the betting rules and terms may result in the cancellation of the relevant bet.

Ag77 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet, market, or event. Bets placed at abnormal odds due to technical errors may be voided.

• Placing multiple bets on the same outcome in a single event may be flagged as a "betting strategy" and result in an account review.
• If the outcome of a bet is disputed due to a technical issue or telecommunications outage, AG77's decision shall be final.
• The decision of AG77's trading team on bet outcomes is final and binding.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (security policy).
• Where currency conversion applies, the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be used.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions may be subject to additional verification.

• Cashback Bonus: 5–10% of weekly net losses. ×1 wagering requirement.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% on your next deposit on selected days. ×15 wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any bonus that expires within this period will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• AG77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AG77 platform. If any of these are proven, the account will be permanently closed.

• Registering or transacting using another user's identity.
• Placing bets using hacking, bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Registering with false information or deliberately misleading our staff.
• Unauthorized use of ag77's intellectual property or brand.

AG77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account. An account may be suspended under the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of the terms and conditions.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicious transaction activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon submitting a voluntary self-exclusion request.

If an account is closed and a valid balance exists with no terms violation, that amount will be refunded.

AG77's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount held in your account at the time.

Any dispute between ag77 and a user will first be addressed through direct communication.
